Carol Ross, R.N.
The first thing you will notice about Carol is that she has an English accent. Yes, she is from England. Carol trained in nursing in England, and came to the United States where she worked in the operating rooms at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center for over 20 years. In 2008 she moved to work with Dr. Chevray when he left M.D. Anderson because he was recruited by Houston Methodist Hospital to perform breast reconstruction surgery in Sugar Land and the Medical Center. Carol is happy she made the move! You will find Carol to be outgoing and extremely personable, and a great resource. She quickly establishes a great rapport with our patients, and they with her.
Carlos Flores, PA-C
Mr. Flores has been a Physician Assistant for 15 years. He has focused his career on reconstructive surgery since 2008, and in particular, likes working with breast cancer patients, and helping them with breast reconstruction. He has worked in the Houston Methodist Hospital System since 2011. Mr. Flores is originally from South Texas, but worked in many locations within the United States while serving in the U.S. Air Force for 21 years, 11 of which were as a Physician Assistant. He settled in Houston after leaving the military. In his current position, he states that he, “loves my job because as a team we help patients during a difficult time and ultimately get to see them smile again once their transformation is complete.” Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and physical fitness.
Dr. Pierre Chevray is fortunate to have Lynn Bray as his Insurance and Revenue Cycle Manager since 2008. Lynn has been in the medical field since 2002. She began her career as medical assistant, then transitioned to Medical Billing and Coding. Lynn’s career encompasses her tenure at Baylor College of Medicine, and the Congenital Heart Department at Texas Children’s Hospital. Lynn is a subject matter expert in medical billing and collections. She serves as a resource to the revenue cycle team. Through her revenue cycle skills and insurance experience, Lynn adds tremendous value to the practice. Lynn Bray is a “Texas Girl” with a welcoming smile and a warm style that endears her to staff and patients. Lynn is that person you want working for you when you have an insurance challenge, and you just need to focus on healing. Lynn Bray has a wonderful way of “Making it All Better”.
Insurance and Payment
Our office welcomes many types of medical insurance, and our insurance and payment coordinator will be happy to assist you in determining what type of benefits are available to you through your insurance plan. Payment arrangements for account balances are due at the time services are rendered, so please bring your insurance card with you to your first visit. We accept many forms of payment, including cash and most major credit cards. You can also speak with our office administrator about flexible payment options available for major medical services.
